Built on a working school

Registration, waivers, certs, and recert — one participant portal.

CertFlow is the operating system for skills-training companies. Aquatics United is the first tenant: a live school you can click through, then the same product you can white-label.

What the MVP already does

  • Custom registration pages for full cert vs recert classes
  • Embedded liability waiver + blended-learning proof tracking
  • Email cadence tied to class dates and cert expiration
  • PDF certificate upload with page-to-participant matching
  • Recert links that pre-fill everything except the card
  • Stripe Checkout (test mode) when keys are present

For your school

Run Aquatics United on CertFlow first. Participants live in one portal from checkout to two-year expiration.

For other companies

Every org is a tenant: branding, waiver text, class catalog, reminder offsets, and Stripe.
